The Lions now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenville Christian for a MAIS 4A District 2 contest on Thursday, January 4. Delta Streets Academy will meet a Saints team coming off a 58-56 non-league loss to Grenada (Grenada, MS). The Saints record now stands at 1-6.
The Raiders (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Indianola Academy (Indianola, MS). The Colonels enter the MAIS 4A District 1 contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Indianola Academy was nudged by North Delta (Batesville, MS), 43-21, in a league contest.
