Texas High School Basketball - Dickinson tops Madison Prep Academy
December 20, 2023: Dickinson, TX 77539 Dickinson Gators (Dickinson, TX) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA), 58-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dickinson advances its record to 4-13 on the season. The Gators travel to South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, December 28. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 15-3. South Grand Prairie won 66-40 in their recent league test against Martin (Arlington, TX)
The now own a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to University Lab for a non-league test on Thursday, December 21. Madison Prep Academy will encounter a Cubs squad coming off a 58-38 non-league win over St. Michael (Baton Rouge, LA). The Cubs record now stands at 8-2.
