Kentucky High School Basketball - Paris trounces Whitefield Academy
December 20, 2023: Paris, KY 40361 The Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Whitefield Academy Wildcats (Louisville, KY), 82-37 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Greyhounds (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Cisne (Cisne, IL). The Runnin' Lions go into the non-league test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, Cisne was trounced by Mt. Carmel (Mt. Carmel, IL), 53-48, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Calvary Christian for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 27. Whitefield Academy will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 48-39 non-league loss to DePaul Cristo Rey (Cincinnati, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 2-7.
