Nevada High School Basketball - Santiago nips Valley
December 20, 2023: Las Vegas, NV 89109 Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Valley Vikings (Las Vegas, NV), 54-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Santiago upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Sharks travel to Judge Memorial Catholic (Salt Lake City, UT) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Judge Memorial Catholic won 62-59 in their recent non-league bout against St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA)
Next up, the Vikings play the St. Bonaventure Seraphs (Ventura, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Seraphs go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 62-59 non-league loss to Judge Memorial Catholic (Salt Lake City, UT).
