December 20, 2023: Daytona Beach, FL 32124 The Father Lopez Green Wave basketball team (Daytona Beach, FL), was routed 64-33 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Calvary Christian Academy Lions (Ormond Beach, FL)
The Lions now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence School for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 21. Calvary Christian Academy will battle a Stallions team coming off a 62-47 non-league win over Master's Academy (Oviedo, FL). The Stallions record now stands at 11-0.
The Green Wave (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Master's Academy (Oviedo, FL). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Master's Academy trounced Cornerstone Charter Academy (Belle Isle, FL), 56-21, in a non-league battle.
