Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL) and the host Pinson Valley Indians (Pinson, AL), saw Central's basketball squad hold off Pinson Valley by a tally of 44-41.

With the victory, Central improves its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL) to play the Titans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Gadsden City lost 45-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Springville (Springville, AL)

Next up, the Indians play the Hayden Wildcats (Hayden, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 20. Pinson Valley will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record.
