Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Goodpasture Christian Cougars (Madison, TN) and the host Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY), saw Goodpasture Christian's basketball squad hold off Metcalfe County by a tally of 52-47.

With the victory, Goodpasture Christian improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Lipscomb Academy (Nashville, TN) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 6-2.
