The Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Smith Jewish Day School Lions to 21 in the non-league victory on Wednesday.

The now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Episcopal for a VISAA Division I contest on Friday, January 5. Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart will battle a Maroon team coming off a 50-15 non-league win over Peddie (Hightstown, NJ). The Maroon record now stands at 6-1.

The Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against DC International (Washington, DC). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 5-8 record.
