In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Russell County Lakers basketball team scored a good 67-48 triumph over the Apollo Eagles.

The Lakers (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Adair County (Columbia, KY). The Indians go into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record.
