December 20, 2024: Barnegat, NJ 08005 The Barnegat Bengals (Barnegat, NJ) basketball edged the visiting Seneca Golden Eagles (Tabernacle, NJ), 49-48 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Bengals now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasantville for a non-league bout on Sunday, December 22. Barnegat will play a Greyhounds team coming off a 65-48 non-league loss to St. Joseph (Hammonton, NJ). The Greyhounds record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Seneca falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Golden eagles host Washington Township (Sewell, NJ) to play the Minutemen in a non-league bout on Friday, December 27.
