In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Blake Bears basketball team scored a good 85-70 triumph over the Spectrum Sting.

The Bears (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against St. Croix Lutheran (West St. Paul, MN). The Crusaders go into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, St. Croix Lutheran topped Hiawatha Collegiate (Minneapolis, MN), 72-59, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Sting battle the Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN) in a AA Section 6 contest, on Friday, December 27. Spectrum will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
