The Sheridan Panthers basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Granite Prospectors to 40 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Whitehall for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4.

With the loss, Granite falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Prospectors travel to Two Eagle River (Pablo, MT) to confront the Eagles in a C District 13 game on Saturday, February 1. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 1-3.
