St. Christopher's Saints (Richmond, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA), 90-73 in a non-league match.

With the victory, St. Christopher's upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Saints host Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA) to face the Wolves in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. The Wolves enter the match with a record of 0-7.

The Skyhawks now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Matoaca for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. L.C. Bird will face a Warriors squad coming off a 69-58 non-league loss to Monacan (Richmond, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.
