Kentucky High School Basketball - Logan County triumphant over Trigg County
December 20, 2024: Russellville, KY 42276 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY) and the visiting Trigg County Wildcats (Cadiz, KY), observed Logan County's basketball team overwhelm Trigg County by a score of 73-33.
The Cougars (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Chapmanville Regional was routed by Logan (Logan, WV), 65-55, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Mayfield Cardinals (Mayfield, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. Trigg County will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record.
