December 20, 2024: Romeoville, IL 60446 The Minooka Indians held off the host Romeoville Spartans basketball squad by a count of 53-51 in Friday's league battle.
With the victory, Minooka advances its record to 7-5 on the year. The Indians travel to Taylorville (Taylorville, IL) to meet the Tornadoes in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 21. The Tornadoes enter the battle with a record of 4-4. Taylorville won 68-56 in their recent league battle against Mattoon (Mattoon, IL)
The Spartans now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenwood for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 4.
