Torrance Tartars (Torrance, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Monrovia Wildcats (Monrovia, CA), 76-69 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Torrance upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Tartars travel to Lynwood (Lynwood, CA) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. The Knights enter the match with a record of 3-6. Lynwood lost 58-39 in their recent non-league match against King/Drew (Los Angeles, CA)

The Wildcats now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burbank for a non-league match on Thursday, December 26.
