Georgia High School Basketball - Walton thwarts Seckinger
December 20, 2024: Marietta, GA 30062 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) and the visiting Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA), observed Walton's basketball team knock off Seckinger by a score of 63-50.
The Raiders (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Archer (Lawrenceville, GA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Archer prevailed over Dacula (Dacula, GA), 41-38, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Jaguars encounter the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Seckinger will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 8-0 record after their 103-40 league win over North Hall (Gainesville, GA).
