The Shanksville Stonycreek Vikings basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Somerset Eagles to 55 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Turkeyfoot Valley Area for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Shanksville Stonycreek will confront a Rams team coming off a 63-57 non-league win over North Star (Boswell, PA). The Rams record now stands at 6-1.
