December 20, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87105 Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM), 65-43 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Rio Rancho advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Rams host Capital (Santa Fe, NM) to face the Jaguars in a non-league match on Friday, January 3. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 1-3.
The Ravens now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cibola for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Rio Grande will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 40-32 non-league loss to West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
