December 20, 2024: Birmingham, AL 35214 The Cornerstone Eagles basketball team scored 42 points and limited the visiting Tanner Rattlers to 26 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Woodville for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Cornerstone will play a Panthers team coming off a 54-32 league loss to Skyline (Scottsboro, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Tanner falls to 2-13 on the campaign. The Rattlers travel to Hanceville (Hanceville, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 5-7. Hanceville lost 59-46 in their recent league game against Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL)
