Fletcher Senators (Neptune Beach, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Paxon School For Advanced Studies Golden Eagles (Jacksonville, FL), 63-53 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Fletcher upgrades its record to 10-3 on the year. The Senators host ED White (Jacksonville, FL) to face the Commanders in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Commanders enter the match with a record of 4-8.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spruce Creek for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Paxon School For Advanced Studies will face a Hawks squad coming off a 56-54 non-league loss to Central Florida Christian Academy (Ocoee, FL). The Hawks record now stands at 5-4.
