Washington High School Basketball - Curtis trounced by Olympia
December 20, 2024: Olympia, WA 98501 Olympia Bears (Olympia, WA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Curtis Vikings (University Place, WA), 54-22 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Olympia advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Bears host Kelso (Kelso, WA) to face the Hilanders in a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. The Hilanders enter the match with a record of 4-2. Kelso won 58-17 in their recent non-league match against Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA)
The Vikings now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yelm for a non-league match on Friday, January 3. Curtis will face a Tornados squad coming off a 43-21 non-league loss to Puyallup (Puyallup, WA). The Tornados record now stands at 1-6.
