The Modesto Panthers basketball squad (Modesto, CA), was nudged 46-39 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Stagg Delta Kings (Stockton, CA)

With the victory, Stagg advances its record to 6-7 on the year. The Delta Kings host Bear Creek (Stockton, CA) to meet the Bruins in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 11. The Bruins enter the battle with a record of 7-4.

The Panthers now own a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patterson for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 21. Modesto will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 57-52 non-league loss to Stagg (Stockton, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-10.
