December 20, 2024: Monroe, WA 98272 The Monroe Bearcats basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Newport - Bellevue Knights to 25 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bearcats now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Everett for a non-league game on Friday, January 3.
With the loss, Newport - Bellevue falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Knights host Juanita (Kirkland, WA) to confront the Ravens in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Ravens go into the game with a record of 2-5.
