Texas High School Soccer - La Vernia toppled by Steele
December 20, 2024: Cibolo, TX 78108 Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting La Vernia Bears (La Vernia, TX), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Steele advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Knights host Reagan (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Rattlers in a non-league test on Friday, January 24. The Rattlers come into the test with a record of 2-0.
The Bears now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Southwest for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 7. La Vernia will clash with a Dragons team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Brandeis (San Antonio, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 0-1.
