The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Sahuarita Mustangs (Sahuarita, AZ) and the host Show Low Cougars (Show Low, AZ), observed Sahuarita's basketball team knock off Show Low by a score of 63-45.

The Mustangs (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Cienega (Vail, AZ). The Bobcats come into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Cienega defeated Mountain View (Tucson, AZ), 72-39, in a non-league match.

The Cougars now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blue Ridge for a 3A East match on Tuesday, January 6. Show Low will face a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 57-38 non-league loss to Round Valley (Eagar, AZ). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-6.
