The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Rancho Buena Vista Longhorns (Vista, CA) and the host Calexico Bulldogs (Calexico, CA), witnessed Rancho Buena Vista's basketball squad rout Calexico by a count of 59-36.

With the victory, Rancho Buena Vista advances its record to 9-1 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA) to meet the Rams in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 23. The Rams enter the battle with a record of 9-3. Murrieta Mesa lost 72-31 in their recent non-league battle against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA)

The Bulldogs now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Banning for a non-league battle on Friday, December 26. Calexico will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 49-26 non-league loss to Twentynine Palms (Twentynine Palms, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 3-9.
