The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Greeneville Greene Devils (Greeneville, TN) and the host George Wythe Maroons (Wytheville, VA), observed Greeneville's basketball team knock off George Wythe by a score of 87-67.

The Greene Devils (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against North Hardin (Radcliff, KY). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, North Hardin was knocked off by Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY), 75-47, in a non-league battle.

The Maroons now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abingdon for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 23. George Wythe will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 62-51 non-league loss to Greeneville (Greeneville, TN). The Falcons record now stands at 4-2.
