The North Butler Bearcats basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting BCLUW Comets to 37 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bearcats now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarksville for a non-league contest on Monday, January 3. North Butler will meet a Indians team coming off a 71-37 league loss to Janesville (Janesville, IA). The Indians record now stands at 2-8.

The Comets (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Sumner-Fredericksburg (Sumner, IA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
