South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA), 76-50 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, South Forsyth upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The War Eagles travel to Berkeley (Moncks Corner, SC) to play the Stags in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 28. The Stags come into the bout with a record of 4-4. Berkeley won 34-33 in their recent non-league bout against Summerville (Summerville, SC)

Next up, the Comets play the Newton Rams (Covington, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, January 4. South Gwinnett will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record.
