The Walker Wildcats basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Booker T. Washington Lions to 50 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ponchatoula for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. Walker will meet a Green Wave team coming off a 79-36 non-league win over Assumption (Napoleonville, LA). The Green Wave record now stands at 10-4.

The Lions (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Benton (Benton, LA). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Benton ran past Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA), 56-46, in a non-league contest.
