Kentucky High School Basketball - Bourbon County knocked off by Casey County
December 21, 2022: Liberty, KY 42539 The Casey County Rebels basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Bourbon County Colonels to 56 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Rebels now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Casey County will meet a Dragons team coming off a 71-39 non-league loss to West (Knoxville, TN). The Dragons record now stands at 5-6.
The Colonels (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Scott County (Georgetown, KY). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Scott County was outscored by Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL), 91-56, in a non-league contest.
