The Gaston Day Spartans basketball team (Gastonia, NC), dropped 79-69 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC)

The Vikings now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to United Faith Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 22. Central Cabarrus will battle a Falcons team coming off a 63-58 non-league win over Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 13-1.
