Arizona High School Basketball - Copper Canyon edges Tempe Prep
December 21, 2022: Tempe, AZ 85282 The Copper Canyon Aztecs (Glendale, AZ) basketball nipped the host Tempe Prep Knights (Tempe, AZ), 56-54 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Aztecs (3-10) will now prepare for their test against Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 0-11 record. In their last test, Metro Tech was tipped by Central (Phoenix, AZ), 72-25, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Phoenix Country Day for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 4.
