December 21, 2022: Fremont, CA 94538 The Irvington Vikings (Fremont, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Hayward Farmers (Hayward, CA), 54-51 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Vikings (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 12-11 record. In their last test, Fort Worth Christian got by Episcopal School of Dallas (Dallas, TX), 61-49, in a non-league test.
The Farmers now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Enochs for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 28. Hayward will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 75-22 non-league win over Franklin (Stockton, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-6.
