Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA) and the host Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA), saw Washington-Liberty's basketball squad knock off Oakton by a tally of 81-73.

With the victory, Washington-Liberty improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Generals travel to West Springfield (Springfield, VA) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 27. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 2-4.
