In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Pine Forest Trojans (Fayetteville, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC), by a count of 60-55.

The Trojans (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Seventy-First (Fayetteville, NC). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 8-1 record. In their last outing, Seventy-First held off Hoke County (Raeford, NC), 75-30, in a non-league outing.
