With the victory, Mountain Pointe improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Pride travel to Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ) to confront the Colts in a challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Colts come into the challenge with a record of 5-1.
Next up, the Hawks confront the Yuma Criminals (Yuma, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 9. Gila Ridge will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Criminals come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 54-38 non-league loss to Kofa (Yuma, AZ).
