New Jersey High School Basketball - Somerville crushes American History
December 21, 2022: Somerville, NJ 08876 Somerville Pioneers (Somerville, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting American History Bald Eagles (Newark, NJ), 44-12 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Somerville upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Pioneers host Bound Brook (Bound Brook, NJ) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Bald Eagles play the Barringer Blue Bears (Newark, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 23. American History will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
