Ohio High School Basketball - Chillicothe nudges Jonathan Alder
December 21, 2022: Chillicothe, OH 45601 Chillicothe Cavaliers (Chillicothe, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Jonathan Alder Pioneers (Plain City, OH), 43-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Chillicothe upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Rock Hill (Ironton, OH) to clash with the Redmen in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Redmen go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Rock Hill lost 71-60 in their recent league bout against Fairland (Proctorville, OH)
Next up, the Pioneers clash with the West Liberty-Salem Tigers (West Liberty, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Jonathan Alder will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 54-43 non-league loss to Versailles (Versailles, OH).
