The Poquoson Islanders basketball team (Poquoson, VA), was routed 56-30 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA)

The Grizzlies now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tabb for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 22. Grassfield will battle a Tigers team coming off a 47-40 league loss to Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.
