The War Eagles now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Pisgah Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 3. Marist will battle a Patriots team coming off a 57-34 non-league win over Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-3.
The Warriors (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Oconee County was overwhelmed by Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA), 70-34, in a non-league battle.
