California High School Basketball - Eastside can't hold off Adelanto
December 21, 2022: Lancaster, CA 93535 The Adelanto Saints basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Eastside Lions to 40 in the Saints non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Saints now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barstow for a contest on Friday, January 6. Adelanto will battle a Aztecs team coming off a 61-47 non-league loss to Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 2-1.
The Lions (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA). The Hunters enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Canoga Park was nudged by Sylmar (Sylmar, CA), 63-43, in a league contest.
