The Sacramento Dragons basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Laguna Creek Cardinals to 64 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Dragons now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitney for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Sacramento will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 80-40 non-league win over Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-2.

The Cardinals (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Union Mine (El Dorado, CA). The Diamondbacks enter the non-league contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Union Mine ran past South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA), 84-41, in a non-league contest.
