December 21, 2023: Clarkston, MI 48348 Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Brandon Blackhawks (Ortonville, MI), 56-28 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Everest Collegiate upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The travel to Genesee Christian (Burton, MI) to play the Soldiers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Soldiers go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Genesee Christian lost 60-53 in their recent non-league bout against Kearsley (Flint, MI)
Next up, the Blackhawks play the Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI) in a Flint Metro bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Brandon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 0-6 record after their 51-29 non-league loss to St. Johns (St. Johns, MI).
