In their next game, the Comets meet the Carmel Christian Cougars (Matthews, NC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 30. Carolina International will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 7-10 record after their 77-65 non-league loss to Cox Mill (Concord, NC).
