Tennessee High School Basketball - Cedartown knocked off by Soddy Daisy
December 21, 2023: Soddy Daisy, TN 37379 The Soddy Daisy Trojans basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Cedartown Bulldogs to 42 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Trojans now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boyd-Buchanan for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. Soddy Daisy will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 70-34 non-league win over Ridgeland (Rossville, GA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 10-4.
The Bulldogs (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Chattooga (Summerville, GA). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Chattooga was defeated by Heritage (Ringgold, GA), 58-36, in a non-league contest.
