Providence Christian Academy Storm (Lilburn, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Expression Prep Academy Lions (Huntington, WV), 69-67 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Providence Christian Academy upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Storm travel to Portsmouth (Portsmouth, OH) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Portsmouth won 87-62 in their recent league bout against Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH)

Next up, the Lions clash with the Chapmanville Regional Tigers (Chapmanville, WV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Expression Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 79-73 non-league win over Logan (Logan, WV).
