The Murrieta Mesa Rams (Murrieta, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA), 64-49 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Rams (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Temecula Prep notched a victory over Nuview Bridge (Nuevo, CA), 63-23, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Barstow for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 26. Hillcrest will encounter a Aztecs squad coming off a 70-41 non-league win over Academy for Academic Excellence (Apple Valley, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 4-7.
