The Windsor Forest Knights basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Irmo Yellowjackets to 52 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Appling County for a AA Region 3 contest on Tuesday, January 2.

The Yellowjackets (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Laney (Augusta, GA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Laney was nudged by Keenan (Columbia, SC), 53-43, in a non-league contest.
